First and foremost I was impressed with Zach and his knowledge of roofing. I had to get an inspection for insurance report. The inspection was through and fortunately everything looked good at this point. Zach did a complete and detailed inspection with photos and detailed explanations. The price was more than fair. Although my roof has a 2 to 4 years of life left I'm going to have Top Notch re shingle the entire roof in September 26. Having served as the general contractor on my own home when my wife and I built it over 20 years ago, I knew replacing our 3,400-square-foot roof would be a significant investment.
